Following Ardent’s comprehensive flood risk assessment, Ardent were retained by Ward Homes to provide a spectrum of pre-planning support and detailed infrastructure design design for a proposed innovative mixed use development in an area of functional flood plain adjacent the River Medway. The full extent of the proposed development comprises circa 200 residential units and 2 commercial units, proposed over 3 phases. Ardent’s scope of commission included the following:
