We were appointed by a major housebuilder to carry out the detailed design of a signalised junction accessing their mixed-use development site. Our remit was to revise the geometry of the existing road, redesign the highway drainage and provide detailed design drawings and calculations, including for traffic signals and street lighting, to the local authority for approval.
