We were retained to provide transport, drainage and infrastructure planning and design support on this former marsh in North East Gravesend. With the site being located in an alluvial flood plain and situated adjacent to a Site of Special
Scientific Interest, the development was particularly complex and extensive enablement works were required to successfully deliver the scheme.
